United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Collection, Gift of Joel Kaye

The photographs were donated by Joel Kaye to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2000.

Scope and Content

Consists of three black and white photographs with inscriptions written in ink: vintage portrait image of a family in Szcezekociny, Poland, dated 1933, the couple at the center is Cecile and Aron Krakower (donor's parents); a copy of a vintage image of Cecile and Aron Krakower walking along a path, dated circa 1930, Poland; and a vintage portrait of Sara Jastremsky, donor's maternal grandmother, dated circa pre-1933, Bedzin, Poland.
