Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
The stamp has a circular metal body with an embossed image on the bottom of a lion surrounded by text at the edge. The text reads: "COMMUNALE D'ASSENOIS (XUl) ADMINISTRATION." A cylindrical metal collar is attached to the body at center top. A bulbous-shaped black wooden handle with a flaired bottom is attached to the top of the collar
