Jewish Museum in Prague

Acquisition

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Programs Division exchanged the microfilm with the Yad ṿa-shem, rashut ha-zikaron la-Shoʼah ṿela-gevurah (Yad Vashem Archives,YV) in Jerusalem, Israel. Documents originate from the Židovské muzeum v Praze (Jewish Museum in Prague), Czech Republic. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfilms in Aug. 2001.

Selected records relating to the persecution of Jewish communities by Nazi and other authorities in Opava, Czechoslovakia.
