Bozenna M. Urbanowicz-Gilbride conducted the interview with Henryk Lazowski on February 22, 1992 in New York, NY. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History branch received the tape of the interview from Mrs. Urbanowicz-Gilbride on June 19, 1992. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the interview by transfer from the Oral History branch in February 1995.
