Source of acquisition is the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu (IPN), Warsaw, Poland, Sygn.104. Records were duplicated for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives in 1991.

Scope and Content

Contains reports, decrees, radiograms, orders, and various other documents relating to resistance activities in the Lublin area; establishment and administration of aerial patrols; police activities; and escapes of and searches for prisoners of war and prisoners of forced labor.

Records are arranged in the original order of their acquisition from the source archive. The museum has acquired only selected records from Institute of National Remembrance (Instytut Pamięci Narodowej-Komisja Ścigania Zbrodni przeciwko Narodowi Polskiemu, or IPN).
