Acquisition

The color photocopy of the proclamation was given to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives by Micah Naftalin ca. June 1986.

Scope and Content

Consists of a photocopy of the Nazi Danzig Proclamation of September 1, 1939. It is the announcement by the Nazi party that Gdańsk is again a part of Germany.
