United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the volume from Aaron Kornblum in March 1998. Aaron Kornblum received it ca. 1990 from Brewster Chamberlin and used it as a resource for geographic thesaurus project conducted by the Museum. No other provenance information is available.
