Relate to Harry Rowe, and a speech he gave at the newly reopened Neue Synagogue in Berlin in 1995, a news account of his visit, the text of a speech he gave there at his bar mitzvah in 1937, and his testimony of his wartime experiences, as well as photos of him and his wife visiting the synagogue in 1995.
