Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

bar with one rounded end where there is a slot for a button, bottom portion is red felt, one piece, covering cardboard support, is sewn to upper portion which is coils of silver metallic thread, another strip of red felt is attached to other felt piece only at one end; a gold colored ornamental "star burst" rivet penetrates the coils at the end opposite the button hole; in the center the metal numbers "177" penetrate coil and both pieces of felt.
