Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Long-sleeved cloth jacket with a decorative black on black floral design. There are three elaborately decorated loop and button fasteners down the center of the front. The upper jacket is fitted, and flares out slightly at the bottom. The floral cloth lining is blue with a repeating pattern of red flowers and green foliage.
