Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Cream-colored, satin crepe dress blouse with buttons down the front. The blouse has a round collar with a scalloped edge. The front placket is pleated along both sides of the buttons. The waist is defined by a narrow band stitched in place, and the fabric flares out slightly beneath in a partial peplum.
