Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Circular badge. Emblem depicts a horizontal bar with eight arrow head lightning bolts emanating from the center diagonally, and a Gothic style initial P underneath, embroidered on to the center of the face in silver gray thread. The badge is edged in gray cord piping thread around the circumference.
