Medal (a) in hinged box (b); medal (a) is silver-colored circle with eagle perched on wreath with swastika at center of one side with "REICHSWETT 'A' MPFEDER SA BERLIN 1939" around edge; reverse has sword over wreath wiith swastika at center and "VIERTER PREIS" at bottom edge; box (b); is green square with hinged lid; inside is lined with gray felt with circular indentation for medal; inside top is padded and lined with fabric; broken metal clasp at front edge.
