Archival History

The decals were donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2015 by Dale Ruby, on behalf of his sister, Chris Ruby Stubbs, and in honor of their father, Carter E. Ruby (Lieutenant, U.S. Army) and their uncles, William Stentz Ruby (Lieutenant, U.S. Marine Corps) and Robert Barton Ruby (Lieutenant, U.S. Navy).
