Biographical History

Moritz Eldodt was born on February 15, 1881 to Bendix and Viktorine Eldodt in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He was married to Sara (née Fiebermann), and worked in the furniture business. Moritz Eldodt perished in Buchenwald.

Scope and Content

Consists of two letters and two small cards (perhaps inserted into letters) written by Moritz Eldodt of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in May 1938. The letters were written to family in Brooklyn, NY, and in Palestine.
