Joyce Edelstein donated her father's collection to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2012.
Scope and Content
Consists of an original photocopy of a letter writen by a soldier in the 11th Armored division regarding the liberation of the Mauthausen concentration camp. The soldier, whose name is unknown, described what they witnessed when they entered the camp and what they learned from prisoners with whom they spoke.
