Russian Justice, Justice Francis Biddle, and Justice Geoffrey Lawrence stating conclusions of the tribunal on Constantin von Neurath and Albert Speer. Speer: Guilty under counts 3, 4 (only the beginning and end of his verdict are audible). Von Neurath (in French) (sound cut off).
