HLSs, trains pull out of station. CU, railroad station sign: "Wesel." MSs, DPs standing in open doors of freight cars, wave as they pass by. MLS, Brig Gen Joseph Phelps and British officers wave goodbye as train leaves station. DPs carrying personal belongings and loading them into cars.
