Scope and Content
MS, Military Police in uniform, in formation, most likely American MPs. MS, African (possibly French West African Colonial) troops in formation. Uniform is light colored shirt, dark shorts and hat. All soldiers are carrying weapons. Banners, flags (unidentifiable in footage), military parade, procession, wreaths are laid at the foot of a large stone monument/memorial.
