At 16:20:42 U.S. Army Major Carl Everett Whitney, Jr hands papers to the tribunal and begins speaking. Major Whitney was assigned as attorney for the defense. Pan, prisoners in the dock, including Ilse Koch at 16:22:01. Scenes of the trial. LS, prisoners pleading to the indictment. One defendant hides his face with a card.
