Somber looking men with flags. The bald man on whom the camera focuses and who gives the speech is Jozef Cyrankiewicz, head of the Polish Socialist Party and later head of the Polish government. Many people looking into mass graves. Among them is Dimitri Kudryavtsev, who headed many of the Soviet and Polish-Soviet investigations of many camps, inlcuding Majdanek and Auschwitz. He is most likely the heavyset man wearing a hat whom the camera focuses on. He later points at and speaks to some of the others about the mass graves.
