Scenes at No.10 Downing Street, as military and political leaders arrive and depart by car and taxi. Among them, a rear view of Anthony Eden going into No.10. Also shown are Alfred Duff-Cooper, Brendon Bracken, C.R. Atlee, Sir Dudley Pound, Sir John Dill, Viscount Caldecott, Arthur Greenwood, A.V. Alexander. 805 G 11:57:26 February and March 1940.
