Forced labor of Jews. The Conducător has seen a Jew from a work brigade who was barely able to keep himself upright and visibly sick. He ordered an inquiry in the way the labor brigade work and gave some suggestions. Requests for Jews for various labor and artisans from institutions and factories. Instructions for dealing with Jews who play truant or are deserting from the labor brigade. Jews are not allowed to work in offices of health institutions in any quality.
