'Schnellbrief' van het Auswärtige Amt, afd. D III, aan het RSHA, IV B 4, in antwoord op de brief van 22 juni 1942 (doc. no. 82) met mededeling, dat tegen het deportatieplan voor Nederland, België en het bezette deel van Frankrijk in principe geen bezwaar bestaat. Met het oog op 'psychologische Rückwirkungen' wordt verzocht eerst de statenloze (hoofdzakelijk voormalige Duitse Joden, RvO) Joden -alleen in Nederland al 25000 - weg te voeren. Om deze redenen beoogt het militaire bestuur is België voorlopig slechts "Poolse, Tsjechische, Russische en dergelijke Joden" te deporteren, ± 1 juli 1942.
