Uitvoerig (111 pagina's) getypt rapport van J. Voet over zijn ervaringen als Amsterdamse Jood in de periode mei 1940 tot augustus 1942 toen hij samen met zijn vrouw onderdook. Voet was als accountant werkzaam bij een dochterinstelling van de Nederlandse Handelsmaatschappij en hij had een socialistische en Zionistische achtergrond. Zijn vader was bestuurslid van de Algemene Nederlandse Diamantbewerkersbond. Na de oorlog was Voet o.a. hoofd van het Beheersinstituut, Augustus 1942.
