Items include orders, circulars, and correspondence of the Kaunas Gebietskommissar SA Hauptsturmfuehrer Jordan concerning confiscation of cultural valuables owned by Jews, communists, and Freemasons; documentation by Ostaland reichskomissar Lohse concerning the procedures for confiscating cultural valuables of political parties and organizations.
