Scope and Content

Letter by Reinhard Höhn to the Kölnische Zeitung (Newspaper of the City of Köln) about the article "Führerprinzip und Staatsverwaltung" (The principle of a leader and public administration). Höhn says he only now got and read this article. Aside from the factual content of the article, which he does not want to talk about, he wants to notify the newspaper that he is not (and has never been) a student or follower of Carl Schmitt. He points out that it is very important for him that they will not publish such falsities in the future. At the right upper corner of the letter Höhn's address stamp can be seen. Below the letter he signed with "Heil Hitler" (typewritten) and his signature in handwriting, which is not readable.
