The file contains four circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) ranging between November 1971 and January 1972. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1740, no. 1737, no. 1736, and no. 1735. They mainly deal with recent court judgements made by the German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on questions of restitution after Nazi persecution, especially regarding juridical regulations and procedures for health damages following Nazi persecution. The issues focus on questions regarding the costs for medical treatments, the pensions and the age of retirement for claims for health damages.
