The file contains five circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) in August, September, and November 1967. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1526, no. 1514, no. 1510, no. 1509, and no. 1511. They mainly deal with recent court judgements on questions of restitution, especially regarding juridical regulations on proofs and pieces of evidence, claims for health damage, damage to the property, and damage to the personal liberty.
