The file contains eight circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) from April and June 1967. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1498, no. 1499, no. 1496, no. 1489, no. 1491, no. 1488, and no. 1490. They mainly deal with recent court judgements on questions of restitution, especially regarding juridical regulations, claims for professional disadvantages and damage to the personal liberty following Nazi persecution, but also on the role of independent medical examiners.
