The file contains the typewritten copy of a court judgement issued by the Special Court in Prague in December 1942. The accused, Wenzel Votava (born in Klecan in 1922), had been sent to trial for selling weapons that he had found. He was sentenced to prison (four years in a house of correction). The transcript of 10 pages also includes the case of the co-defendant Wenzel Křižek, who was sentenced to death.
