The file contains the verdict of Tadeus Ryba (born on 15 March 1920 in Hamborn), a Polish man. In 1943 the defendant encountered a former employer of his. The man was a guard and therefore armed. Ryba, who had commited a theft before, engaged in a fight with the guard and disharmed him. Furthermore, Ryba pointed the gun at him while he was fleeing the scene. The defendant was later arrested. Ryba was found guilty and sentenced to death in 1944.
