The file contains the verdict of Richard Maximilian Baumgart (born on 12 September 1911 in Welemia). He was found guilty of not notifying authorities about an illegal organization preparing for treason. In June of 1941 Walerian Pawlak, the head of the most militant and radical underground-movement aiming to overthrow the German reign on Poland, asked the defendant to join a meeting of the said organization. He negelcted to notify authorities about the existence of this group; hence, he was sentenced to three years in jail.
