The file contains the verdict of Josef Kraus (born on 4 October 1901 in Neu-Straschitz) and Helene Kraus (born on 23 May 1908 in Hraretowa). Josef Kraus was found guilty of owning three hunting rifles, six pistols, one bayonety and 227 rounds of ammunition from March 1943 until his arrest on May 8th. He was sentenced to death. The main defendant's wife was found guilty of not notifying her husband's crime and punsihed with five years in a penitentiary.
