The file contains the letter of accusation and the verdict of Georg Jakovenko (born on 15 April 1919 in Chavali), Egon Jiricek (born on 4 August 1904 in Olmütz), Milos Hajek (born on 12 May 1921 in Jettenitz), Georg Preininger (born on 8 January 1923 in Bauschowitz), Miloslav Pazout (born on 30 January 1921 in Liban) and Miroslav Kotulan (born on 6 March 1910 in Babitz). The defendants cooperated in order to cover Jews and/or Communists - thus, they were found guilty of supporting enemies of the Reich. Georg Jakovenko, Milos Hajek and Georg Preininger were sentenced to death. Miroslav Kotulan was sentenced to three years in a penitentiary and Miloslav Pazout was acquitted.
