The file contains the verdicts of Jaroslaus Grygar (born on 7 February 1913 in Loschitz), Johann Bartonik (born on 1 February 1917 in Franzensschlag), Beatrix Busicka (born on 15 August 1920 in Trebjitz) and Josef Sukup (born on 31 December 1909 in Franzensschlag). The defendant Jaroslaus Grygar was responsible for the food supply of the municipality of Franzensschlag. Due to his position he was able to scoop in dozens of unused food stamps. The three co-defendants supported him in betraying the NS food system. Jaroslaus Grygar was sentenced to death, Johann Bartonik to four years and six months in a penitentiary, Beatrix Busicka to three years in a penitentiary and Josef Sukup to one year and three months in a penitentiary.
