Scope and Content
The file contains the verdict of Szczepan Dudzinski (born on December 20 1897 in Kulmhof), who returned to Poland in 1935 after working in France. He was said to be dangerous and victims did not report his thefts out of fear. Thus, the farmer's leader Makus prohibited his son to do business with Szczepan Dudzinski. On October 25 1942 he found out that the two talked business again. Makus slapped Szczepan Dudzinski. Then, Szczepan Dudzinski threatened Makus with a knife. Fortunately, Makus was able to comfort him. Szczepan Dudzinski was found guilty of an attempted act of violence against a German and was sentenced to death.
