Scope and Content
The file is a summary of excerpts from various Nazi publications on the inferiority of South American states and their populations. One is a description in an elementary school book describing the superiority of Argentina compared to Brazil because of its lack of mixed races. Houston Stewart Chamberlain is quoted describing the pitiful countries of South America. Alfred Rosenberg comments on black bishops in Chicago and the breeding of "mongrels" through a joint effort by the church and Judaism. An article in the Völkischer Beobachter reports negatively on the lease of 6 torpedo ships to Brazil by the United States in 1937.
