The file contains a quote from a speech by Adolf Hitler from September 13th, 1936 to the delegates of the German Workers Front. It muses about the economic potential of the raw materials in Siberia and the Ural and the agricultural potential of the Ukraine, if they were under German control. The second quote is by Ewald Banse from his book "Raum und Volk im Weltkriege" and deals with Finland and the Baltikum as natural allies against Russia.
