The file contains seven circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) ranging between between May and October 1969. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1630, no. 1629, no. 1621, no. 1613, no. 1614, no. 1606, and no. 1608. They mainly deal with recent court judgements made by the German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on questions of restitution after Nazi persecution, especially regarding juridical regulations and procedures in case of the claim’s revocation, but also regarding various health damages and professional damages following Nazi persecution.
