The file contains six circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) ranging between April and June 1973. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1792, no. 1793, no. 1794, no. 1795, no. 1796, and no. 1797. They mainly deal with recent court judgements made by the German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on questions of restitution after Nazi persecution, especially regarding juridical regulations and procedures for health damages following Nazi persecution, for example in case of a detention in a concentration camp.
