The file contains four circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) ranging from 1970 to 1973. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1782, no. 1723, no. 1721, and no. 1658. They mainly deal with recent court judgements made by the German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on questions of restitution after Nazi persecution, regarding juridical regulations and procedures for pensions as well as for health damages, especially psychological damages, following Nazi persecution. The topics include: „Voraussetzung der Rentenwahl“, „Gesundheitsschaden“, and „Gesundheitsschaden/Rußlandfall/Psychische Schäden einer 1922 und einer 1926 geborenen Verfolgten“.
