The file contains four circulars (“Rundschreiben”) by the United Restitution Organization (Frankfurt) ranging between between December 1969 and March 1970. The circulars include the following issues: no. 1654, no. 1648, no. 1646, and no. 1640. They mainly deal with recent court judgements made by the German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on questions of restitution after Nazi persecution, regarding juridical regulations and procedures for pensions as well as for various health damages due to Nazi persecution. The topics include: „Gesundheitsschaden“ and „Neufestsetzung der Rente“.
