Scope and Content

The file is the second of a series of published laws and regulations and consists of four issues of the Bundesgesetzblatt (BGBl.)- the Federal Law Gazette for the Republic of Austria, an official gazette in Austria for the announcement of federal laws and decrees. Law 164, 165,199 and Regulations 5 and 136 deal with the voidance of aryanisation of properties during the Anschluß (1938-1945).
