Scope and Content
The file contains various typewritten documents related to the trial Norbert Wollheim v. IG Farben. The documents include four protocols of testimony hearings at the Frankfurt district court’s public sessions held in December 1952 and January 1953. Among the witnesses heard at the court are both former forced laborers of the Buna-Monowitz camp functioning as a corporate concentration for IG Farben as well as former employees of IG Farben and related companies involved in the organization of the Buna-Monowitz camp. The testimonies deal with the forced laborer’s living conditions at the camp.
