Scope and Content
The file contains the second English speaking issue of the newspaper “Die Jüdische Informations-Zentrale” published by the Jewish Central Information Office in September 1934 in Amsterdam in order to inform on the situation of Jewish people in the world, and especially in Nazi Germany. This edition is the English translation of the German speaking issue no.2 published one month before, in August 1934 under the title “Die Jüdische Informations-Zentrale”. It focuses on the anti-Semitic publication “Weltdienst”, as well as on the trials regarding the “Protocols of the Elders in Zion” in Bern and Basel.
