Scope and Content
The file contains three different documents on racism and anti-Semitism in the United States in the 1980s and 1990s. The first document includes the invitation and registration form to the “Aryan National Congress” held in July 1993 at the “Aryan Nations” headquarters in Hayden Lake, Idaho/USA. The second document is the “Audit of Anti-Semitic incidents” published by the “Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith” in 1981. The report presents statistics and a general evaluation of anti-Semitic incidents as well as their effects on the Jewish community in the United States. The third document is one issue of “Facts”, published by the “Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith” in June 1980 and dealing with recent developments of “Holocaust ‘Revisionism’”. The publication presents the various institutions, networks, activists, and authors involved in a broader movement of Holocaust denial against the background of the recent broadcasting of the television series “Holocaust” and its impact on public opinion.
