[Zur Problematik der Gesundheitsschäden]

The file contains one supplement ("Beilage") of the Allgemeine Wochenzeitung der Juden in Deutschland dedicated to legal questions of "Wiedergutmachung" (restitution) regarding mental and physical health problems as consequences of Nazi persecution. The supplement is the continuation (II) of a first supplement on the matter. The supplement discusses a recent ruling of the German Federal Court regarding mental health problems as consequences of persecution. Furthermore, expert articles inform about the role of health reports ("Gutachten"), and on particular cases of patients and their mental and physical health issues as consequences of the persecution suffered in the Nazi Era. Finally, a bibliography informs on recent research on the question of both mental and physical health issues as consequences of persecution.
