The file contains the verdict of farmer Wenzel Šmaus (born on 12 July 1895 in Swina). During an official control in 1942 Šmaus was asked whether he hid any grain, which he denied. However, several hundreds of kilograms of different kinds of grain were found on his property. He was accused of endangering the food situation in the region by hiding his grain. Šmaus was found guilty and sentenced to death in 1943.
