Scope and Content
The file contains the verdict of farmer Anton Skalnitz. Skalnitz was accused of hiding part of his grain to avoid having to hand it over to authorities. Therefore, he was blamed for worsening the food crisis in the region. Even though Skalnitz ultimately was responsible for the crime, it was believed that he was covering his son. Considering this fact, he was sentenced to five years of penitentiary.
